As mentioned, tryouts are sanctioned by the OVA (Ontario Volleyball Association) so all participants must register with the OVA as a “try-out” member. This is a mandatory but free membership, and you must upload a screenshot that shows the athlete's profile page (make sure their name appears at the top of the screen in your screenshot) showing the tryout membership.
